These terms describe permitted use of TitleThread as a land and title research workspace.

Use your authorized access

Use your own account and only the workspaces and projects you are authorized to access. Keep account credentials private. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use another person’s credentials. Administrators manage workspace access and may remove it when authorization ends.

Handle source material responsibly

Submit and share only information you have permission to use for the project. Check workspace recipients and permissions before sharing. Follow your organization’s requirements for confidential material, personal information and retention. The privacy policy describes storage and external processing, including AI tools when configured.

Review the research

Source records, extracted information, AI proposals, map context and ownership calculations can be incomplete or incorrect. Review source documents and resolve discrepancies before relying on results. TitleThread does not provide a title opinion, title insurance or legal advice; use appropriate professional review for decisions that require it.

Coordinate changes and recovery

Changes can affect shared work. Confirm the intended project and scope before editing, archiving or exporting records. Report unexpected access or data problems to the administrator. Service maintenance and recovery can interrupt availability; coordinate time-sensitive work and required exports with your administrator.
